7-day exchange

We want you to love your ZYVENA piece. If it is not quite right, you may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to request

Contact our concierge with your order number (ZYV-…) and the reason for your exchange. We will guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Personalised or final-sale items may not be eligible.
